In 1998 the Lincoln/Wayne Smith Corridor was renamed to W.A. Tarrow Park in honor of W.A. Tarrow principle of Lincoln High college. This park is formed of Wayne Smith Park, Lincoln Recreation Center and Wayne Smith Baseball Fields.
All the facilities listed below are available to reserve, on a first come, first serve basis. Facility rentals must be completed in person at the Department of Library and Recreation Services Administration Office, located at 111 Lake Merced Boulevard.
Lincoln Center. Once the historic Lincoln college from 1867 – 1974, the Lincoln Community Center is now home to the Downers Grove Park District precollege, cultural arts programs, dance programs and the Active Adult Center.
